Affirm Your Greatness

Today, I will share with you an effective technique for replacing negative beliefs with positive affirmations. According to Dr. Dawson Church, “Acupoint tapping sends signals directly to the stress centers of the mid-brain, not mediated by the frontal lobes (the thinking part).”

It helps de-activate the fight-or flight mechanism in your brain. According to the Journal of Nervous and Mental Disease, tapping lowers the major stress hormone cortisol. So how specifically can tapping help you?

Tapping can help you let go of:

  • Limiting Beliefs

  • Anger

  • Fear

  • Self-Doubt

In this video, I explain how to go through the four tapping points.

The affirmations which we explore are:

  1. I believe in me.

Focus and connect with your words.

  1. I am proud of myself and all that I have accomplished.

Affirm your greatness by acknowledging your accomplishments.

  1. I believe I can become the person I dream of becoming.

Consider, who is the person you want to be? This might be someone who is wildly in love, or giving, or very open.

Give yourself around five minutes to try this technique. Soon, you will notice a difference in your life and even begin to try affirmations of your own.
