What is Business Coaching?

Combining the best aspects of mindset, philosophy, and business strategy, business coaching allows individuals to reach big goals that they may not be able to reach alone, while also improving the quality of their daily life.

There are three main reasons why coaching works:

Collaboration:  Through teamwork in the form of a partnership, the client and coach can accomplish more than the client could alone.

Empowerment:  With the right tools for psychological and practical success, clients can take on greater projects more often, with greater confidence and passion.

Accountability:  Through the context of action that the coach creates, clients can learn to not only set goals and make better decisions, but also to be relentless in making consistent (although sometimes small) steps towards their big goals.

Good candidates for business coaching include: entrepreneurs, business owners, those looking for new work, and other busy professionals who require a personal or professional plan of action.

In an effort to achieve goals, a  business coach will typically help a client with any of the following:

  1. Goal setting and business planning

  2. Letting go of Limiting Beliefs

  3. Handling problems and setbacks efficiently

  4. Designing marketing and implementation strategies

  5. Prioritizing actions and being accountable

  6. Growing and scaling the business

  7. Delegating and leading a team

  8. Budgeting

  9. Finding work/life balance and enjoying the ride

  10. Increasing work performance

Over weekly and/or biweekly regular sessions and perhaps intensive deep-dive sessions, a coach can help the client make the best of all opportunities. Coaches expect more from the client, which makes clients succeed again and again.
